Q-Park continues to expand in Norwegian parking market.

Q-Park AS Norway has acquired City Parking AS, Center park AS and Parkering-Compagniet Norge AS. The acquired companies were 100% subsidiaries of City Parking SA (Belgium), in itself a subsidiary of Epolia SAS (France).

The Norwegian Competition Authority has approved the acquisition this week, enabling Q-Park AS to add 41.500 parking spaces to its portfolio and attain the no. 2 position in Norway, managing almost 75.000 parking spaces in total.
