The requirement for better and more cus­tomer-oriented service places increasing demands on our staff. In addition to stip­ulating higher education qualifications when recruiting new employees, great emphasis is also placed on internal train­ing courses. In addition to cleanliness, safety, maintenance, the induction of new employees, financial and commer­cial skills, Q-Park Academy's curriculum also focuses strongly on how to act in a crisis situation.
