Q-Park acquires Park One, the 7th largest player in the German parking market.
With this acquisition, Q-Park consolidates its position as a major player in parking and urban mobility in Western Europe and Germany in particular. Q-Park will benefit from Park One’s experience, its locations in Munich and complementary locations in other key cities.

Q-Park has agreed to acquire Park One in full and has conducted a thorough due diligence process, resulting in the closing of the transaction on 9 April 2025.

Q-Park Germany is the third largest private parking operator in Germany and owns, operates or manages 131 parking facilities with 54,125 parking spaces. We operate in over 40 German cities with a particularly strong presence in Berlin, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Leipzig and Saarbrücken.
Park One is the seventh largest private parking management company in Germany and operates 41 parking facilities (PFs) with more than 12,800 parking spaces – mainly for privately owned properties. Park One is active in numerous German cities with a particularly strong presence in Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf.
