Annual CSR Report 2025 published
Q-Park published its Annual CSR Report 2025 today.
Our Annual CSR Report shows our strategy, focus areas, ambitions and results, in particular regarding non-financial and sustainability matters. We report on the progress we have made in our three focus areas:
Urban Liveability: we report lower GHG emissions as we continue to move away from fossil fuels and increase the share of renewable energy we use.
Sustainable Mobility Solutions: we explain how we contribute to the mobility transition in Europe with our growing portfolio of Q-Park Mobility Hubs, off-street parking facilities (PFs), electric vehicles (EVs) charging points and sustainable mobility partnerships.
Seamless Parking Services: we ensure that our PFs and digital services are easy to use and function to a high standard, creating a seamless parking experience for our customers.

Urban Liveability
We have further reduced our carbon footprint per operated parking space.
In 2025, we calculated the average kgCO2 per parking space to be 10.5 (2024: 14.2), a reduction of 26%. This is thanks to the efforts we've made to sourcing an average of 76% (2023: 74%) renewable electricity for our PFs and EV charging points.
Since we started measuring our emissions in 2010, we have achieved a 94% reduction in our carbon footprint per parking space.

Sustainable Mobility Solutions
As at 31 December 2025, we operate over 5,500 PFs providing over 1,200,000 PSs. With our off-street assets we open-up public space for walking, playing and cycling, and with our sustainable mobility solutions we help transform search traffic into destination traffic, and support the mobility transition towards net-zero by shifting to electric vehicles (EVs). We have:
619 PFs offering online pre-booking (2024: 510)
398 PFs offering EV charging (2024: 261)
9,416 EV charging points (2024: 6,854), an increase of 37%
In 2025 we facilitated 106.0 million zero-emission kilometres (2024: 77.7), a 36% increase.
With our Sustainable Mobility Partnership Programme, we support urban mobility plans with an increasing number of mobility hubs and access to public transport and micromobility services. Our portfolio now includes:
364 PFs offering access to public transport
136 PFs offering bicycle parking
70 PFs offering car sharing/rental schemes
Seamless Parking Services
With our proprietary Parking as a Smart Service (PaSS) platform, we digitise parking services to create a seamless and efficient experience for customers and mobility partners. No more tickets, no more going to the payment machine. We now have 816 PFs where PaSS is enabled and in 619 PFs where customers can pre-book their parking space.
This means that season ticket holders, parking payment app and Q-Park App users, and customers with a pre-booking can access and exit our PFs based on their number plate (APNR).
Social responsibility is more than numbers
In addition to our three focus areas, we continue to work on aspects of social responsibility. In our 2025 report, we also mention:
connecting communities with art in urban spaces
recognition by our industry peers for our pursuit of excellence
Connecting communities with art in urban spaces
As Q-Park strengthens its position as a sustainable urban mobility partner, our mission extends beyond simply operating parking facilities. We actively contribute to urban liveability and strengthen the visual quality of public space. Art has the power to link infrastructure with its surroundings – not only for our customers, but for everyone in the neighbourhood.
In the report, you can read about three visual art projects we realised in 2025.
