A new era in parking management

PaSS BP is an innovative, cloud-based system which enables organisations to grant their contacts access to Q-Park parking facilities based on number plate recognition (ANPR), with a QR code for pedestrian access. This system centralises parking management in a single portal, delivering a seamless parking experience (for management, colleagues and visitors).

We developed PaSS BP to enable third parties to manage parking access autonomously via a dedicated portal. PaSS BP offers the following self-service features:

  • Grant parking rights to one or more parking facilities;

  • Grant parking rights to employees, customers and visitors for various needs;

  • Reassign parking rights between employees as needs change;

  • Allocate parking products, with day- and time-based service profiles and flexible pricing, including:

    • Monthly season tickets

    • Pre-booking

    • On-demand parking

    • Staff discounts

    • Complimentary parking for visitors.

PaSS BP is an essential tool for fleet and reception managers and our Mobility Hub partners offering car rental services and other shared mobility options. Specific PaSS BP features enable fleet managers to upload number plates in bulk and white-list access for certain vehicles. In addition, we offer pool contracts where only extra parking sessions are invoiced separately.

Pedestrian access

PaSS BP also caters to Mobility Hub partners offering services such as shared or rental bicycles, e-scooters or cars. Using PaSS BP, partners can provide a QR code to their customers so they safely enter the parking facility via the pedestrian doors. This is yet another feature to enhance safety and reliability for all parties involved.
