Expanding EV charging infrastructure
Q-Park continues to expand electric vehicle charging facilities across its parking network. By offering convenient charging at destinations where people live, work, shop and visit, we support the transition towards lower-emission transport while helping customers embrace electric mobility. Mobility transition and EV charging were identified as positive impacts within our materiality assessment.
Developing mobility hubs
In cities across Europe, Q-Park is developing and operating mobility hubs that connect parking with public transport, shared bicycles, shared cars and other mobility services. These hubs enable travellers to combine different modes of transport in a single journey and contribute to more efficient and sustainable urban mobility systems.
Improving energy efficiency
Q-Park continues to invest in measures such as LED lighting, motion detection systems and renewable energy solutions. These initiatives help reduce energy consumption, lower operating costs and contribute to climate change mitigation.
Investing in customer and employee safety
Safety remains a fundamental aspect of quality in parking. Across our operations, we invest in parking facility maintenance, inspections, security measures, employee training and health and safety programmes. The 2026 DMA confirmed both employee health and safety and customer safety as material topics for Q-Park.
Strengthening digital trust
As more customers use digital parking services, protecting personal information becomes increasingly important. Q-Park continues to invest in cybersecurity, privacy protection and information security practices to safeguard customer data and maintain trust in our services. Customer data protection and privacy was identified as a material topic in the 2026 assessment.
