Q-Park UK teams up with The Tasty Games

London’s most innovative fitness groups, healthy eateries and leading bloggers have come together to transform a central London underground carpark for the weekend of London Fashion Week on the 18th and 19th of February 2017.

The event, called The Tasty Games, is taking place in Q-Park’s Oxford Street carpark, beneath Cavendish Square to showcase the city’s growing healthy lifestyle offering in a new, fun and refreshing way.

Fitness groups from across London, including Rabble (Huffington Posts Top Fitness Tends 2017), UN1T, Twenty Two Training (Tatler Gym Awards 2016), The Refinery E9 (Tatler Gym Awards 2016), PHIIT and Dragon’s Den hopefuls HulaFit, are holding taster sessions of their varied classes for visitors to try out. There's something for everyone!

‘London has so much to offer in terms of a healthy lifestyle’ says Sean Farran, Director of The Tasty Games, ‘there is a lot of amazing innovation and creativity, and that creates a freedom to find what works for you. With city-living that can be hard, so we want to showcase some of the great things going on in one place, and in a series of special collaborations demonstrate what’s working for others by taking it “off the page”. We are very fortunate to have partnered with Q-Park whose ambitions of engaging with communities in productive ways facilitates this, and opens the doors on how we utilise our city spaces to live happy healthy lives’.

Q-Park’s Head of Sales and Marketing, John Denton ‘Q-Park has a strong sense of corporate social responsibility and this is why we have decided to associate ourselves with The Tasty Games. The innovative concept is all about bringing communities together with healthy food and fun exercise which adds to the wellbeing of everybody and benefits communities. This event is being held at our Q-Park Oxford Street carpark which is superbly located in the busy shopping area of London and it’s a great way for us to show off one of our flagship facilities’.
