Q-Park and Port: a new approach to last-mile delivery
Maintaining mobility and a liveable environment in London has become a complex challenge. Despite the measures imposed, traffic congestion and pollution continue to increase, making the case for sustainable transport options even more urgent.
Urban liveability under pressure

To support this need, Q-Park has partnered with Port to bring micromobility to three strategic locations in Central London: Oxford Street, Queensway, and Leicester Square. At these Mobility Hubs, Q-Park and Port offer last-mile delivery solutions that benefit residents, businesses, and the environment.
Significant player in London
Q-Park manages 15 parking facilities across London, providing more than 4,000 parking spaces and over 140 EV charging points both inside and outside the Central London Congestion Charge Zone.
Q-Park also offers comprehensive mobility solutions that support London's green energy and net-zero goals. These include parking for residents, commuters, and visitors, EV charging as well as shared mobility and parking for bicycles and motorbikes.

Q-Park's Mobility Hubs offer more than parking
Our Mobility Hubs are always close to one or more forms of public transport. Furthermore, all our parking facilities are supported by our proprietary PaSS1 digital platform which enhances seamless parking services through ANPR2, automatic payments and pre-booking. Other services include:
open 24/7;
round the clock customer service via the Q-Park Control Room;
CCTV monitoring at all parking equipment related activities;
EV charging;
shared last-mile mobility options.

Additional services in London
At Q-Park's London Mobility Hubs, business fleets and customers can take advantage of the regular and fast EV charging facilities available, as well as shared micromobility services.
Due to their location, the Mobility Hubs also offer spaces for meetings, co-working, events and leisure amenities. Those living and working nearby also appreciate the parcel collection and locker wall services. Another initiative that helps reduce delivery traffic.
To help reduce congestion, support London's shift towards net-zero transport, and contribute to a cleaner, healthier urban environment, Q-Park has partnered with Port and converted three of its parking facilities into multi-purpose mobility hubs. These mobility hubs integrate parking, EV charging and last-mile services.
Decarbonising last-mile delivery
Port's mission is to help reduce emissions in last-mile delivery. Through the Port app, individual couriers and delivery firms have access to efficient long-range e-bikes and e-scooters. With a Port subscription, users have access to fully charged and well-maintained electric vehicles.
The concept unlocks the full potential of e-bikes for courier operations, and helps address labour shortages. It opens up new last-mile delivery opportunities for suburban workers who previously did not have access to such openings.
Easy to use

Couriers use a QR code to open the pedestrian door to the Q-Park Mobility Hub. They can collect their e-bike at any time from the hub as it is open 24/7 and the e-bike park is fully self-service. The long-range batteries mean they can operate all day on a single charge.
By partnering with Q-Park, Port offers added-value to its own customers. Courier companies get a package including parking and charging, maintenance, fleet management and financing.
Benefits for the local environment
This sustainable transport initiative supports London's commitment to cleaner, more efficient mobility. It delivers lower carbon emissions, reduces traffic congestion, improves air quality and makes more effective use of urban space.
Residents and visitors also enjoy quieter safer streets with less noise pollution. In turn, this calmer environment encourages active travel, helping to promote a healthier lifestyle across the city.
