Opernplatz in Frankfurt

With a population of 736,000, Frankfurt is the fifth largest city in Germany and the largest in the state of Hesse. The wider Rhine-Main metropolitan region is home to around 5.5 million people.

Situated not just in the heart of Germany, but in the heart of Europe, Frankfurt is the country’s biggest financial and economic centre, and host to Germany’s busiest airport. On top of its diverse range of restaurants and shops, the city offers plenty for those wanting to soak up the rich and varied local culture.

And right in the middle of the Frankfurt business district and close to the international financial and economic hub lies Opernplatz – one of the city’s most beautiful public squares.

With its Mediterranean feel, elegant restaurants and bars, and picturesque Lucae Fountain, the vast square is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding greenery.

The impressive Alte Oper – the opera house which gives the square its name – hosts an array of concerts, balls and conventions.

On the other side of the square lies Opernplatz XIV, a complex renowned for attracting people dedicated to redefining standards. A place where work meets life at the height of luxury.

The building’s high-quality natural stone façade and stylish touches blend harmoniously into the existing cityscape, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer generous views.

Twenty-four apartments, a penthouse, a Fitness First Premium gym with 25-metre pool, offices across five levels, retail units on the ground floor – all of these come together in this luxurious building.

The complex also features the 5-star plus Sofitel hotel, including a concierge and 24/7 catering. Sofitel Frankfurt Opera offers an area set across 15,580 m² dedicated to the French art de vivre at the highest level, blended with Frankfurt culture. The interior was designed by the globally-renowned Studio Hertrich & Adnet. Suites can even be booked with a personal butler. In addition, the hotel features luxurious meeting rooms for presentations, seminars and conferences.

The high standards placed on this building started in its parking facility. Q-Park – which has delivered high-quality, convenient parking for more than 20 years – provided the underground car park for this building, with 310 public parking spaces on three levels, including eight Tesla vehicle charging stations.

Ample lighting, spacious and easily-accessible parking bays, as well as lifts down to all floors are just some of the features that ensure this parking facility offers a quality equally superior to the rest of the building.

A round-the-clock control room and highly-trained personnel ensure that the car park is secure at all times.
