EPA

The European Parking Awards, established by the European Parking Association (EPA) in 1997, recognise excellence in parking design, management, innovation, and customer service across Europe. Held biennially, the awards aim to highlight outstanding contributions that enhance the quality and efficiency of parking facilities and services, promoting sustainable urban mobility and improved urban environments.

The 2025 EPA Awards will be granted during the 21st European Parking Conference & Exhibition which will take place on 17-18 September 2025 in Brussels, Belgium.

Q-Park nominees

  • Zuiderdokken, Antwerp: on the southern edge of the city centre, Antwerp Zuiderdokken is located in the district of ‘'t Zuid’. Here, in 2024 , an urban renewal project was completed and officially opened. Marking the end of the transformation from one large above ground open air car park with 2,000 parking spaces to a large multifunctional city park with two underground car parks.

  • Mobility Hub Q-Park Centrum, The Hague: the existing Q-Park location in The Hague has undergone a major transformation so it makes smarter use of inner city urban space. The core is an ‘ordinary’ parking facility with (fast) EV charging points but added a kiosk, a dry cleaning and laundry service, pickup points and shared mobility. The facade, on the Amsterdamse Veerkade side, was opened up to build the kiosk and the entrance to the micromobility options. By adapting the facade with large glass sections and a view through to the car park, we have given a considerable quality boost to the appearance of the building and its appearance in the overall streetscape.

  • Port locations, London: With the rapid growth of e-commerce, there is a rising need for sustainable and efficient last-mile delivery solutions. Q-Park has provided space within three of their Mobility Hubs for Port, which offers an e-mobility package complemented by fleet management software and integrated services like charging, parking, and maintenance. A flexible subscription model ensures that both individual couriers and larger delivery firms can benefit from these resources, reducing reliance on fossil-fuel-powered delivery vehicles and lowering operational costs. By streamlining e-mobility adoption, these hubs accelerate the transition to a cleaner logistics network.
