Q-Park Netherlands awarded for digital transformation
Q-Park Netherlands received the Dutch Shopping Awards prize for its digital transformation of parking. The PostNL New Technologies and Innovations Award was presented at the Shopping Award Gala on 28 March 2024. In selecting Q-Park, the jury of professionals commended the organisation saying: “The winner has been bold to do things completely differently.”

Q-Park Holding I B.V., a private company with limited liability, incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands (the “Issuer”) gives notice to the Holders of the €131,195,000 1.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) of redemption of the entire outstanding principal amount of the Notes (the “Redemption”).

Pricing announcement of €430 million Senior Secured Notes
Q-Park Holding I B.V. (the “Company”, and together with Q-Park Holding B.V. (the “Parent”) and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of the Parent, the “Group”) today announces that it has successfully priced €430 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior secured fixed rate notes due 2029 at an issue price of 100.000% (the “Notes”).

Launch of senior secured notes
Q-PARK HOLDING I B.V. (the “Company,” and together with Q-Park Holding B.V. (the “Parent”) and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of the Parent, the “Group”) today announces: (i) the launch of an offering by the Company of new senior secured fixed rate notes due 2029 (the “New Notes”) (the “Offering”); and (ii) the commencement of a tender offer with respect to the outstanding Regulation S 1.50% Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2025 issued by the Company (the “Tender Offer”).

Q-Park announces 2023 Student Award winners
Q-Park and Erasmus University Rotterdam held the 2023 Student Award and Thought Leader Event at the Muziekgieterij in Maastricht today. About 120 guests attended the afternoon event where the theme was Urban Mobility in Transition. The keynote speakers were Derk Loorbach from Drift and Lucas van Schijndel from Louwman BYD.

ESPA Gold Awards
Three Belgian parking facilities passed the ESPA Gold level. Q-Park commissioned agency Veritas to independently assess the Belgian parking facilities Q-Park Handelsbeurs, Q-Park Kooldok and Q-Park Steendok against the applicable EPSA Gold Checklist and all three passed the test with flying colours.
